Minor Home Repair Services Program

Aging and Long-Term Care of Eastern Washington’s Minor Home Repair Services Program provides services for persons aged 60 and older. Services include repairs or modifications to client-occupied structures that support the health and safety of older occupants. Repairs are covered up to $1,000 annually for state-funded services or $150 for federal-funded services.
