Alaska’s Home and Community-Based Waivers provide support to individuals with physical or developmental disabilities so that they may live in their homes or communities. Four waivers include environmental modifications: Alaskans Living Independently; Adults with Physical and Developmental Disabilities; Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities; and Children with Complex Medical Conditions.
